Four Seasons Luxury High-Rise Coming to Henderson

The Four Seasons announced plans for a residential project valued at $1.3 billion in Henderson. Plans for the luxurious project include 171 high-rise residences with panoramic views, six family-style villas, resort-inspired amenities, a restaurant, and wine bar called Noble Heights. Each space will come fully furnished and range from 2,300 to 7,300 square feet. Prices range from $3.1 million for a two-bedroom apartment and up to $30 million for penthouses. Residents will also have access to other amenities such as a gym, spa, trails, and the Dragon Ridge Country Club. Expected to open in 2026, the Four Seasons Private Residence Las Vegas will be located within the MacDonald Highlands community in Henderson.
