Silverton owner, Ed Roski, plans a new apartment complex next door to his Las Vegas resort. According to Clark County, plans call for a five-story 290-unit complex next to the casino’s parking garage.
Amenities may include a porte-cochère, an indoor golf simulator, a courtyard with hammocks, and bocce ball area. Units will range from 600 to 1,346 square feet.
