A terrific professional opportunity is available for an ambitious, career-minded real estate professional in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an Executive Sales Associate at Sunbelt Development & Realty Partners, you will report to and work side-by-side with the CEO. In this capacity, you will support the CEO’s brokerage clientele consisting of national homebuilders and commercial and industrial developers whose annual acquisitions in Southern Nevada exceed $1 billion. In addition, you will provide brokerage support to the CEO’s private investment & development company. Here, you will assist with acquisitions and dispositions from the CEO’s land fund that has a market valuation exceeding $250 million. We are seeking a self-motivated, service-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Review and summarize offers and/or counteroffers on the CEO’s listings received weekly – assist in drafting responses
- Assist in managing multiple transactions in progress
- Assist with acquisitions for clients and the CEO’s land fund – prepare and present multiple offers weekly
- Assist in identifying suitable development opportunities for the CEO’s developer clientele and/or land fund
- Work with the marketing department to deliver sales materials to prospective landowners
- Assist in timely and relevant client/prospect communications
- Assist in performing utility and land use feasibility studies
- Sales outreach to selected property owners – this includes applying the company’s data assets for (digital – email, social, website) follow up, and written correspondence
- Perform comparative market analysis, deliver broker price opinions to accurately value property, and deliver marketing proposals
- Advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate land investment strategies
- Assist with the development of Multiple Property Alliance ™
- Network with industry professionals
- Monitor competitive transactions – partner closely with other members of staff to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration
- Monitor local economic and market statistics – incorporate insights into opinions and white papers
- Monitor public meeting agendas in the multiple jurisdictions we serve and attend meetings as required – partner closely with other members of staff to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration
- Prepare and manage documentation on internal database platforms to ensure the most up-to-date property and client information is on record
- Remain compliant with all rules and regulations required by law
Experience & Background
- 1 – 3 years real estate experience with commercial and industrial real estate or land development in Nevada preferred
- 1 – 3 years real estate experience with residential real estate, property management, or as an escrow officer considered
- Well-developed time and resource management skills
- Capable of preparing and executing cross-team workplans
- Well-developed research and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed written, oral (telephone), and digital communication skills
- Experience utilizing sales automation tools
- Experience with quantitative financial analysis
- Experience delivering in-person presentations
- Executive presence
- Nevada Real Estate License (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)

- Base salary, plus commission
